Evergreen charges a membership fee of $22.95 per month for our services. The monthly membership fee is automatically charged at the beginning of each month and can be paid with VISA, MasterCard, or Bank ACH. Electricity customers will receive a separate charge later in the month from their electricity provider based on their electricity usage for the billing cycle.

During the enrollment process the REP will run a credit check to determine if a deposit will be needed. If a deposit is required by the REP, then we will make the deposit payment for you by using the payment method that you provided during signup. Deposits range anywhere from $100 to $250.

All fixed rate electricity plans have contracts based on a term length. If you switch providers or plans before your current contract expires, then an early termination fee may be applied. If you are moving and need to cancel your electricity plan, we can sometimes get the early termination fee waived by providing a forwarding address.

There are no formal contracts with Evergreen. We take the approach that if you like the services that we provide, then hopefully you will stick with us. If you are not 100% satisfied or do not find value in our services, you can cancel at any time with a 30 day notice to be removed from our billing. Note that canceling with Evergreen does not release you from any electricity plan contracts.
