View Your Electricity Bills & Usage
To view your account info., electricity bills, and your monthly kWh usage, you will need to Login to your Evergreen Account and go to the Evergreen Electricity Account Center. We have outlined the steps below.
STEP 1 – Login to your Evergreen account
If you have not yet logged in or visited your Evergreen account, you will need to create a password. To do this, simply click on the Forgot your password? link on the login page to have a password reset email sent to you. Should you still have a problem logging in to your Evergreen account, please contact us and we will help you out.
STEP 2 – Go to the Electricity Account Center
Find “Your Electricity Account” in the top left of your member area dashboard (see image below). Then click on either the Orange Arrow or Electricity Account Center in left side menu (see image below).
In your Electricity Account Center, you will be able to find all of the details about your electricity account including your electricity provider info., electricity bills, and your monthly kWh usage.
STEP 4 – If you do not see any bills posted in your account…
If you are just starting with Evergreen, it might take a few weeks for your first bill to be generated by the electric provider and post in your online Evergreen account. If you do not see any bills in your online account going forward, it could be that your retail electric provider’s (REP) does not pass along digital copies of your bills to Evergreen. In this situation, you would need to login to your electricity provider’s online account directly. You can find the login link, username, and password in the upper right REP Login Details section (#3).
DO NOT CHANGE your username, password, or Evergreen email address in the retail electric provider’s (REP) account as we use this information to sync accounts and manage your electricity account with the provider.
