Electricity Management Services, LLC (d/b/a EverGreen Power) (“EMS”) maintains www.evergreenpowersolutions.com and other affiliated web sites (collectively, the “Site”) to enable our customers and independent contractors to use our services and for marketing purposes which support our services. EMS is committed to protecting your privacy. At any time, you may contact EMS to request to review or update the personal information about you that is maintained by EMS.  Simply contact EMS by e-mail to submit your request.  EMS may retain your information in our files due to technical and legal requirements, constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of the Site or to resolve disputes.

EMS maintains physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect through the Site. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.  Therefore, while EMS strives to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.

Policy for persons under the age of 18
No person under the age of 18 may become a customer or independent contractor of EMS.  Accordingly, EMS does not seek to gather personal information from or about any person under the age of 18, and discourages each such person from attempting to provide EMS with any personal information.  If EMS becomes aware that a person under the age of 18 has provided EMS with any personal information, then EMS will destroy all personal data it has received from such person.
